CORD’s Online Arbitration Training for Retired Bankers is designed to provide a practical approach to arbitration and enable the participants to become dispute resolution professionals. Our experienced trainers will walk the participants through the process of arbitration and also provide an opportunity to exercise the role of an arbitrator during the training program. CORD will have a filtering process post the training to empanel the participants as arbitrators. All the empaneled arbitrators will get access to CORD platform post the training where they can further upgrade their arbitration skills from experts in the field.

Post the training, the participants will need to submit an award for a sample case provided to them. The awards will be evaluated before making a decision on empanelment as arbitrator on CORD.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired bankers with over 20 years of banking experience
• Exposure / experience in recovery department
• Good hold on English and at least one of the Indian languages
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the society
